MEET OUR PHYSICIANS
Dr. Mann and Dr. Reader are Board Certified Emergency Physicians with over 20 years combined experience in medical practice. We believe it is important to have a comprehensive primary care and functional approach to health and wellness with the goals of disease prevention, health maintenance and performance optimization. We work with our network of specialist providers with the goal of providing a personalized approach to health and wellness.
Patients may choose to see either Dr. Mann for Direct Primary Care or Dr. Reader for Functional Medicine. Patients may also choose to see Dr. Mann and Dr. Reader for a unique Whole Health Interdisciplinary Approach.
MIKE MANN, MD
Direct Primary Care
Dr. Mann is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Medical School and the State University of New York at Buffalo Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Mann grew up competing on the track team and swim team. As an undergraduate, he also rowed on the University of Notre Dame crew team. Dr. Mann has a special interest in finding sustainable ways to integrate fitness strategies into patients' personalized health plans. Dr. Mann is also a certified XPT (Extreme Performance Training) Coach. Dr. Mann practices Direct Primary Care.
SARA READER, MD/MPH
Functional Medicine
Dr. Reader is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine, the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and the University of Florida, Jacksonville College of Medicine Emergency Medicine Residency Program. She is an IFM Certified Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Dr. Reader practices Functional Medicine.
